The Durango Business Improvement District (BID) is the place to go for information about Downtown and Uptown in Durango. Funded by a small property tax on commercial properties in the Central Business District, and along North Main Avenue, BID provides marketing and communications for businesses and the area as a whole, supports and manages events, provides visitor information and beautification services, and funds capital improvement projects.
