Shaw Solar is a dynamic fast-paced solar installation company, where we understand that key
administrative roles are at the core of our everyday success. You will join a small, tightly-knit
team of problem solvers who collaborate to support our company’s operations. The role is a mix
of project-based work making the best use of your technical and interpersonal skills, combined
with a flexible can-do approach.
Responsibilities will include:
• Helping out with incoming phone calls
• Assigning and tracking sales leads
• Working with - and becoming an expert in - our Solar CRM
• Keep our website up-to-date
• Develop/Implement specific sales strategies with the sales team
• Review pending jobs and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service
and customer experience
• Suggest sales process improvements
Requirements and skills:
• A problem solving approach
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills (Macintosh)
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailed and Analytical
• Teamwork and motivational skills
You are comfortable with:
• A regularly scheduled presence at Shaw Solar headquarters (M-Th.)
• (Embracing new) technology and methods
• Consensus decision-making
• Direct supervision
• Light physical work (lifting small packages)
